I have ADHD. I get how overwhelming modern life can be.
I'm openly neurodivergent, and that's shaped Flexion & Flow more than anything else. I know what it's like to walk into a clinical space and feel "too much" — too loud, too distracted, too hard to read.
I know how exhausting it is to constantly manage how you come across just to receive care. And I know how rare it is to find a space where you genuinely don't have to.
So that's exactly what I've built. No small talk if you don't want any. No assumptions about what your body needs. No pressure to be "easy". Just clear communication, real consent, and treatment that actually works.
"I want clients to walk out of every session feeling more like themselves — not less. That's the whole job, really."
What you can expect from me
- A genuine intake — I actually want to know what's going on
- Treatment that's tailored, not templated
- Honest answers — including when massage isn't the right answer
- A take-home plan so you keep improving between visits
- A space where you can just exhale
